memphis — a local agent runtime

For eight months, I have been building what companies around the world have now started building: memphis, an open-source agent runtime for Polish users, installed on their own hardware.

I am adding basal to the program, although I already have Ollama serving semantic recall. I encourage you to look at the runtime and test it. My work is altruistic: I want Polish people to gain an advantage in the AI race through grassroots adoption.
